The Resilience Academy | Health & High-Performance

Build capacity. Restore health. Strengthen performance.

The Resilience Academy helps organisations build healthier, more capable people who are better equipped to navigate workplace demands, challenges and psychosocial hazards.

When injury, illness, psychological harm or workplace disconnection has already occurred, we provide a structured pathway to help people rebuild their health, regain confidence and sustainably rejoin the workplace.

One medical model. Two distinct workforce pathways.

3-Day Return to Work Program

For people affected by injury, illness, psychological harm, disconnection or extended absence.

Two Workforce Pathways

Build capacity before harm. Restore capacity after harm.

The Resilience Academy supports organisations at two distinct points in the workforce-health journey: building capacity in people who are currently working and restoring capacity when injury, illness or workplace harm has already occurred.

Build Capacity

10-Day Health Enhancement Program

Builds the physiological, psychological and behavioural resources people bring to occupational demands through assessment, education, smart technology, behaviour experiments and AI-enabled support.

1

Compliance

Identify, assess and control work-related psychosocial hazards through appropriate systems and work design.

2

Capacity

Build health literacy, recovery strategies and personal systems for demanding work.

3

Performance

Support sustained energy, stronger engagement and healthier workplace participation.

Compliance is the starting point. Human capacity is the strategy. Sustainable performance is the outcome.

Psychosocial Compliance

Compliance is the requirement. Capacity is the opportunity.

Queensland's Managing the Risk of Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice 2022 provides practical guidance for preventing psychological and physical harm arising from work-related psychosocial hazards.

The Queensland Code applies in Queensland. Across Australia, corresponding duties operate through each jurisdiction's WHS or OHS framework, with differences in legislation, regulations, codes and terminology.

Organisations must identify and control hazards at their source. A policy, awareness session or individual resilience workshop does not, by itself, make an organisation compliant.

Organisational controls protect people. Individual capacity strengthens them.

The programs do not transfer responsibility for unsafe work onto the individual. The organisation remains responsible for eliminating or minimising psychosocial risks so far as is reasonably practicable.

Our Medical Model

Psychosocial health is also physical health.

Workplace stress does not affect the mind in isolation. It can influence sleep, fatigue, cardiovascular responses, blood-glucose regulation, inflammation, recovery, cognition and decision-making.

Conventional awareness-only approach

  • Policy education
  • Mental-health awareness
  • Generic coping strategies
  • Referral after harm
  • Limited physiological measurement
  • Limited metabolic expertise

Resilience Academy model

  • Embedded GP and metabolic-health expertise
  • Objective health assessment
  • Stress-physiology education
  • Body-composition insights
  • Real-time glucose feedback
  • Integrated nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery strategies
  • Behaviour-change systems and approved AI-enabled support

Resilience is built in the body before it is expressed through behaviour.

The legislation does not require every psychosocial program to be delivered by a doctor. The Resilience Academy's medical component is a technical and program-quality differentiator, not a claim of statutory necessity.

Build Capacity

Build the foundations people need for demanding work.

The 10-Day Health Enhancement Program is a medically informed, technology-enabled workforce intervention designed to help people understand their health, build better daily systems and perform more sustainably at work and in life.

Build Capacity in Your Workforce

Five Differentiators

More than a workplace wellness program.

InBody 570 body-composition assessment

Visceral fat, skeletal muscle and body-composition information become visible and personally meaningful.

90% of pilot evaluation respondents rated this component Very or Extremely Valuable.

My Glucose Coach and continuous glucose monitoring

Participants can observe how food, movement, sleep and stress relate to real-time glucose patterns.

97% of pilot evaluation respondents rated this component Very or Extremely Valuable.

Embedded GP and metabolic-health expertise

Medical and physiological expertise is built into program delivery rather than treated only as a downstream referral option.

97% of pilot evaluation respondents rated GP involvement Very or Extremely Valuable.

Holistic evidence-based systems approach

Nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, mindset, learning and connection are presented as an interconnected system.

94% of pilot evaluation respondents reported building a daily health habit they intended to maintain.

Purpose-built AI coaching tools

Approved AI-enabled tools extend learning beyond facilitated sessions and support personalised education and reflection.

Effectiveness percentages will be published only once a validated measure is available.

Evidence

Tested with frontline and high-demand workforces.

Three proof-of-concept pilot programs were delivered in Cairns, Queensland, during May and June 2026. A total of 53 participants completed the program, with 31 completing the immediate end-of-program evaluation.

97%

Rated the program Very or Extremely Valuable.

84%

Reported improved energy, focus, performance or resilience at work.

94%

Reported building a daily health habit they intended to maintain.

30 of 31

Said they would recommend the program to a colleague.

These results are immediate post-program self-report findings from 31 respondents. They demonstrate program acceptability and perceived immediate impact but do not constitute a randomised controlled trial or proof of long-term clinical outcomes.

Restore Capacity

Return with more than clearance. Return with capacity.

The 3-Day Return to Work Program supports people affected by injury, illness, psychological harm, workplace embitterment, disengagement, reduced confidence or extended absence.

3-Day Return to Work Program overview for executive decision-makers

Reframe

Understand what has happened without becoming defined by it.

Refocus

Shift attention towards health, values and a constructive future.

Rehabilitate

Rebuild the foundations of work capacity.

Rejoin

Create a practical pathway back to sustainable participation.

Our goal is to help people return healthier, more confident and better equipped than when they left.

The program is not a substitute for clinical treatment, statutory rehabilitation obligations, workers' compensation processes, workplace investigations or formal case management.
